Moms Need Playgroups Too!
At Mothers & More of the Capital Region, NY (Chapter 310) our focus is on you – as a mother and a woman – in all the
different stages of your life. Our local chapter, virtual
networks, and national community can help you focus on yourself and make meaningful connections
with others, while navigating motherhood's challenges.
We welcome all mothers! Our members include women of all ages,
with children of all ages. It includes stay-at-home moms, those who are
working for pay part-time, full-time, work-at-home and everything in
between. We recognize that the unpaid work that all mothers do caring
for their families is real work with real social and economic value.
We
welcome members from throughout Saratoga county and the Capital

We
meet on the second Tuesday of the month, typically at Tiny Tots Tea Room in Clifton Park, and Ladies' Night is the fourth Thursday
